MATCHBOX TWENTY GETTING IT OFF THEIR CHEST HOW SHE'S SO MEAN (AND HIGH MAINTENANCE)

One of my readers sent me an email telling me i am a stick in the mud and too old fashioned and that i should put some new music on Lost Treasures. But hang on a sec, how much new music is a lost treasure dude? Anyhow, what the heck, i thought why not, why not put a new song on here that 20 million other people like as well and be a part of the in-crowd for once, instead of being this fuddy duddy caught in a time warp (laugh). So here we go, my favourite new song at the moment, the new single from MATCHBOX TWENTY off their NORTH album called SHE'S SO MEAN. Lyrically it has the same level of satire of the similiarly themed FOREIGNER tune back in the 80`s called SHE'S TOO TOUGH, although musically they're very diffrent. I dont particularly normally like MATCHBOX TWENTY, ROB THOMAS on his own i like quite a lot of, but this is really funky and full of pananche. Matchbox Twenty are starting to sound like a rock band for once and not a beefed up boy band (laugh).
