Mum would be proud of me for posting the BUDDY KNOX rockabilly classic PARTY DOLL on Lost Treasures, although I am not a mummies boy I love my mum (laugh). I can always remember playing mum's old vinyl single, as it appears on the above video clip. BUDDY KNOX was never cut out to be a rock'n'roll revolutionary like the other Buddy from Texas, the great BUDDY HOLLY, he was more of a country crooner than a rockabilly artist. A song perfect for a jukebox or old fashioned country dance.
