SUPERSUCKERS SMOKED SOME KILLER WEED AT KNUCKLEHEADS SALOON IN KANSAS CITY

Just having some fun here tonight, trying my hand at writing shorthand, which in my language means blogs under 1000 words (laugh). No seriously, I am onto something here, i am writing short without thinking about it. I am in a very spontaneous mood.

Should say before I go any further with this that I do not support the use of cannabis (AKA marijuana) and that this blog is just an excuse to poke a bit of fun at the rocked up country band SUPERSUCKERS, an all american saloon band if ever i've heard one.

I wont bother rehashing their history, but i will say i have an album of the band titled LIVE AT THE TRACTOR TAVERN, SEATTLE WASHINGTON. A cumbersome title for a rather cumbersome, rough as guts outfit. It actually ain't too bad, it kinda sounds like what STEVE EARL would play on a really bad night (laugh).

The opening song CREEPY JACKALOPE EYE is a witty and quite convincingly well executed piece of grunged up country. DOUBLEWIDE is also a pretty okay effort.

Dont have a clue what the band has been up to since this album was recorded, but i do know they were at KNUCKLEHEADS SALOON in Kansas City at some point performing the song KILLER WEED. The boys were completely addicted, they liked their weed, and on this occasion, they were dealing with a killer crop.
