DESTINY FEENEY SHOULD HAVE RECORD COMPANIES CHASING HER DOWN WITH A VOICE LIKE THIS

No mainstream pop artist aggravates or gives me the craps more than Bruno Mar. It's amazing that one of his songs made it here.

Bruno Mar would have to be the most aggravatingly sickening and gutwrenchingly over-dramatic singer in the world at the present time.

The guy cant sing for chit really, and his songwriting is almost as bad. However, little known teenage sensation Destiny Feeney from Mackay in Queensland somehow managed to turn an absolute pissweak pop song of Bruno Mar's into a total cork popper with this amazingly powerful rendition of GRENADE.

She even makes the lines about 'jumping in front of a train for ya' and 'catching a grenade for ya', not to mention 'taking a bullet through my brain for ya' sound genuinely emotive and sincere, in place of Mar's unconvincing vocals in his own song.

The moment I heard Destiny I knew she had something very special as a vocalist, although she started out a lot more conditioned to listening to and playing country music, she has already proven she has the potential to belt out some potent cover versions of pop, soul and rock songs.

I would love to be her manager because I know she is great but she is most underated and probably not getting the recognition she thoroughly deserves.

The last I knew Destiny was paying the bills as an apprentice hairdresser in Mackay, she has one big name friend, the very talented contemporary country artist Graeme Connors.

Connors knows all about having to wait in line for many years before the record companies in the big smoke give you a fair deal.

Hopefully Destiny Feeney wont have to cut hair for too much longer. Any record company talent scout who's still unconvinced of Destiny's singing talent after hearing this music clip needs to clean their ears out.
