BILL CHAMBERS HANGING OUT ON STAGE AT THE PUB IN TAMWORTH

I could have probaly chosen a lot better song to showcase the guy, but because australian country musician veteran Bill Chambers, the father of Kasey, has virtually taken honourary ownership of THE PUB down in Tamworth, which was the venue where this amateur video recording was filmed, and because i like the venue and rate it as the best in the country music capital of Australia, thought i would fill in three minutes of my time (laugh) and write a blog about Chambers and THE PUB. There are many diffrent watering holes in Tamworth to drown your thirst and listen to some good country music each year during festival time in January, Bill always pulls a big crowd, largely because his shows are free, if there's one thing Bill can overdo during his shows it's talking too much between songs & stuffing around a bit too much with equipment tech stuff. However, you cant say that Bill Chambers isn't a vital part of the australian country music scene, a lot more blues inspired than most, even a little alternative thrown in too, and on many occasions Bill comes up with some really grainy fusion sounding bluesey country which makes his famous daughter sound pretty weak. His real blues fusion stuff is really bloody good.
