COLLECTIVE SOUL PERFORMING WHY PT. 2 AT A SWINGERS PARTY

I really had no idea what the video clip for the COLLECTIVE SOUL song WHY PT. 2 was like until twenty minutes ago, as it turns out it's a total raunch-a-thon, obviously depicting a swingers party where plenty of girls who are hungry for a bit of snake (or pussy) are getting up to a lot of mischief, with just as many toey blokes on hand of course, before the cops arrive and shut down the bangfest just when things are really starting to hot up. WHY PT. 2 is my third favourite COLLECTIVE SOUL tune, after WHERE THE RIVER FLOWS and SHINE, i guess the message it tries to convey is a bit muddled but it was still one of the better examples of filling stadia in the early 90`s. COLLECTIVE SOUL were esssentially an AOR crossover band from the late 80`s that incorporated grunge into their sound, but still retaining the melodic big chorus structure that made countless AOR bands in the 80`s famous and quite rich.
