FALL GUY AND HIS 1980 SIERRA GRAND GETS THE SILVER MEDAL FOR EXCITEMENT BEHIND HEATHER THOMAS

Couldn't you keep staring at this all day, no need to hit play and listen to The Fall Guy intro is there? (laugh). Heather Thomas is absolutely stunning of course in her blue bikini, but if you are gay (laugh again) you might find the action sequences in The Fall Guy and the antics of Colt Seavers (Lee Majors) and his very agile 1980 GMC Sierra Grand even more exciting.


THE FALL GUY was one of my favourite shows growing up, alongside KNIGHT RIDER and HARDCASTLE AND MCCORMICK. The show ran from late 1981 until mid 1986, which was all my primary school years, and for its time, remembering we're now talking thirty years since it first screened, THE FALL GUY employed some very innovative and groundbreaking cinematography, one of the very best 1980`s TV shows for on-location filming and stuntwork.


Seavers is the multi-talented stuntman who earns some pocket money on the side as a co-vert bounty hunter, always in the company of his big puppy dog cousin Howie (Douglas Barr), and together the 3 of them, that includes the Sierra Grand with plastecine suspension, get around greater Los Angeles catching crooks and doing car jumps which would have given Evil Kenevil chest pains. I should say too that Heather Thomas plays the role of Jody Banks and that the intro song UNKNOWN STUNTMAN is sung by Lee Majors himself.
