AC/DC PERFORMS WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE WITH BON SCOTT

Well.... there ain't no big blow up woman on stage with AC/DC which comes down from the ceiling for this live performance like it become the tradition in the BRIAN JOHNSON era of the band when they performed one of their lesser known boogie masterpieces WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE off the "patchy" 1977 Acca Dacca album LET THERE BE ROCK.

But despite the absence of the big blow up woman mascot on stage, it's still great to see the song original singer BON SCOTT on stage bellowing out his ummistable scottish howl and seeing eternal school kid ANGUS YOUNG carrying on like a pork chop in what is still regarded as AC/DC's definitive period for live concerts.

I got to give it to BRIAN JOHNSON, he made this song his own in the aftermath of Bon's untimely passing in 1980, the vocals he put to Bon Scott masterpieces like WHOLE LOTTA ROSIE, TNT, THE JACK and DIRTY DEEDS (DONE DIRT CHEAP) were just as intense and brutal as Bon's, but his English accent just couldn't quite match the eccentric genius of the barrel chested Scotsman.
