GOLDEN SMOG MIXED WITH BAD COMPANY

The band GOLDEN SMOG is (was) the ultimate journeyman's band, officially the band started out in the US state of Minnesota in 1989, and there really has never been a constant line-up as such in the band. GOLDEN SMOG is unique, it has kind of acted as a moonlighting band for band members from SOUL ASYLUM, THE REPLACEMENTS, THE JAWHAWKS and BIG STAR, among a few others.

Can't honestly say I know of any band's output in that lot besides SOUL ASYLUM. The only GOLDEN SMOG album I have is an EP released in 1992, called ON GOLDEN SMOG, five tunes which are categoristic of a freewheeling and improvising 70's inspired rock fusion group.
