Has to rate as Nickelback's most brutal rocker since SIDE OF A BULLET off the 2005 album ALL THE RIGHT REASONS, which was a dark and savage tribute to the slain DIMEBAG DARRELL of PANTERA, who was shot dead a few years before that by a crazed fan live in concert.
A very different theme fuels the palpable anger of CHAD KROEGER as he delivers the lyrics to this song with heartfelt intensity, EDGE OF REVOLUTION is a protest song, one which is aimed fair and square at the world government powers and US spy agencies like the NSA and CIA, as well as fascist dictatorships around the world which are responsible for killing their own people, starving their own people and running roughshod over human rights.
