MEXICO for over 30 years is a country which has been maligned, bastardized and made a very dangerous place to live by a number of highly malicious and brutal drug cartels, resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands of people. So many of whom being killed in the crossfire between rival gangs. Thousands simply just disappeared. We know that they didn't make it to El Paso. They were abducted, murdered and their bodies were probably incinerated or dumped down a mine shaft. The Mexican drug cartels operate like Italy's Ndrangheta - violence is always the "first resort" applied to achieve their objectives, not the "last resort". Ridding Mexico entirely of the cartels is almost mission impossible. Because it is as entrenched in the country as the mob is in Italy.
