TPP ALERT - CORPORATIONS SEEK TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD

Big companies and corporations already control government at all levels in Australia - federal, state and to a lesser extent local. They control the agenda, ideology and policy direction of both major political parties and minds of 'most' MP's currently elected at federal and state level, besides a few newcomers and rookies who haven't yet been brainwashed and programmed to do their bidding.

It's a big shame we don't have a few more mavericks like QLD senator Glenn Lazarus in the ranks of the LNP and ALP to stem the ever growing and might I say blatantly unethical influence and control which the above mentioned have over the Abbott government and every single state government in Australia, at the present time.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) looks set to take such unethical influence and control to a whole new scary, undemocratic and unconstitutional level.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why both Tony Abbott and Bill Shorten are so hellbent on wanting Australia to be a participant in this most untoward and potentially fascist trade pact.

No writer, activist or journalist, including myself, can elaborate on or explain exactly what the TPP is all about and just how unconstitutional it is simply because the trade minister, Andrew Robb, refuses to allow any public or parliamentary disclosure of TPP negotiations to date between himself and various other leaders and countries.

Even federal senators have been barred from presenting any private members bill requesting discussion or disclosure about the TPP in the senate.

Liberal and Labor Party heavyweights are equally complicit in their endeavors to muzzle anything anti-TPP, even as much as to prevent a crossbench senator like Lazarus or a Greens senator using the parliament to rightfully seek answers about the TPP 'in the public interest'.

That in itself is blatantly fascist and a complete breach of Westminster parliamentary protocol. The reality is, because the TPP is being hushed by the Abbott government, by Shorten's opposition, and by every mainstream media outlet in Australia, the general public by and large remains completely in the dark and none the wiser to what the TPP really means for Australia.

Like being clueless about the threats it poses to our democracy, our way of life, our industries, our farmers and our environment. There are plenty of them.

The most obvious threat the TPP poses is giving US corporations like Monsanto and Chevron, among dozens of others, the 'unconstitutional powers' to sue either the federal government or a state government if one of them deems that legislation passed in Australia in any parliament contributes in any way to disadvantaging them or causing them to lose profits.

Imagine what a Pandora's box is going to be opened once some totalitarian corporation succeeds in doing that? Aussies en masse seriously have to start looking past their nose in regards to the TPP,the mainstream media and 80% and upwards of politicians in this country are playing on the typical apathy and 'NIMBY so who gives a damn' attitude of the average person, while Andrew Robb continues to very secretively pursue having Australia lobbed it.

Should it happen, should Australia be a part of the TPP, we will be at the mercy of corporations until the end of the world. Whether you are left wing, centrist or right wing, and regardless of your political leanings, all I can say is WAKE UP.
