PAUL NORTON - STUCK ON YOU (TAKE 2 WITH YOU TUBE)

A bit more aussie rock to go with my blog about BOOGIE MAN by DADDY COOL, around 18 months ago i wrote one about this song, but just like quite a few songs/albums of late, i am reprising the PAUL NORTON song STUCK ON YOU for the sake of including a You Tube clip with it. The song comes off Norton's superb 1990 album UNDER A SOUTHERN SKY, the title track (well nearly), SOUTHERN SKY, was also a minor hit on the australian charts. Both songs should have been much bigger hits, commercially they got mothballed in what i call the vacuum of music no mans land at the very beginning of the 1990's when radio stations and record companies had five bucks each way on 80's pop and the emergence of 90's alternative rock. Paul Norton was just one of many australian rockers who rose to prominence in 1989 and 1990 but vanished into obscurity within a couple of years once Seattle grunge and techno music took over the world.
