HOCUS POCUS TECHNO SONG SOUNDTRACKED ALL MY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO GET LUCKY AT THE UNDERGROUND
What has come over me? Techno! Techno on Lost Treasures Review? I must be off my soop noodle writing this. I never did like techno at all the whole time I was enduring the 1990`s, most of the stuff is or was just soulless noise which only ever might have sounded even half okay when you were as full as a state school hat rack trying to pick up all the hot women in a nightclub.
Truly I was never a player, you have to get lucky at least once every ten years to be one of those, but I have to admit I tried to pick
up a couple of birds on the odd occasion at the Underground nightclub at Paddington all those years ago, but as you are probably expecting me to come out and say next, I only ever needed a taxi to seat one at the end of each night.

But at one stage in the early to mid 1990`s, there was this dance song, called HERE'S JOHNNY, which really got me pumping
in The Underground and gave me the kind of confidence to go and chat up some girls on the dancefloor that only superstuds can ever truly have.

I really dont understand why I connect with this particular techno song, it's totally shit really, let's be honest about it, maybe it's because HERE'S JOHNNY reminds me of the time in my life where for a brief moment in time girls were actually talking to me and I was at my nightclubbing apex as a superstud
chick magnet who was out to impress.

Whatever you are thinking about my recollection of my previous studliness, if you like techno you might like this, or least reminisce over it, the group which recorded the tune had a very suitable name of HOCUS POCUS, I believe they come from The Netherlands or Sweden, not real sure but I
really do not care.
The stand out line in the song of 'Here's Johnny' is of course a ripoff of what Jack
Nicholson recited in the classic horror movie THE SHINING.
