GEORGIA DAVIS FROM CANBERRA - DARK AND SOMBRE

A friend of mine from Canberra in the ACT on Facebook spammed me this clip onto my timeline, friends are allowed to do that (laugh), and I have to say that as much as this song is not going to be everyone's thing I find it most intriguing. GEORGIA DAVIS from what I can gather is just a singer trying to get her big break but who is yet to get one.

My first impressions of this song makes me think of NICK CAVE in female form, very dark and gloomy, introspective to the point of developing a migraine, but in all that manic intensity there is a quite mesmerizing voice which probably could be put to better use with a more positive lyrical theme. Georgia herself messaged me on Facebook and told me this is not one of her favorite songs.
