CLEAN COAL IS NOT CHEAP BUT NOT A MYTH AND PLENTY OF SUN EQUALS A LOT OF SOLAR POWER

Australia is blessed with two very different things which if they are utilised as much as humanly possible will go a long way to averting a very imminent and crippling energy crisis. That being high quality black coal, not the dirty brown coal variant which is more commonly used for power generation in Victoria, and plenty of sunshine the majority of the time across most of Australia.

Politicians from both sides of the fence don't seem to acknowledge it or admit it, but the technology is there, and has been for years, to generate clean coal power using the highest quality black coal. 

What the same politicians even acknowlege less is the commercial viability of generating solar power to provide a very sustainable, albeit only supplementary degree, of electricity to feed into the majority of Australia's power grids. It's bollocks to suggest otherwise.

No, we don't need nuclear power, we don't need wind power, and seriously, we can do without dirty coal fired power as well. Clean coal and the sun are the best sources of power without going down the nuclear pathway.
