By hook or by crook, the Albanese government seems hellbent on forging ahead with complete, totalitarian scale Net Zero compliance, and forcing it upon all Australians, regardless of the political damage the prime minister inflicts upon himself and Labor in the process.
The latest prime example of this is the "car tax", which according to a most honest opinion made public by the boss of Toyota in Australia, will add a whopping $25000 or thereabouts to the cost of one of its flagship vehicles.
Even for a well to do middle class Australian family, that's a lot of lucre in this day and age, with inflation going through the roof and unprecedented cost of living pressures bleeding household budgets dry.
A new car, at the "best of times", is typically something that is going to put on the backburner in the minds and budget of every lower to middle class family.
But now, with Albo's and Chris "Blackout" Bowen's car tax, a new petrol or diesel vehicle is simply going to be prohibitively unaffordable for all but the rich, or at least the significantly wealthy class.
Albanese and Bowen not so surprisingly, seeing they are obsessed with achieving Net Zero targets no matter what, suddenly are anti petrol, anti diesel and anti anything that is a by-product of oil.
Both of them should get a job with Tesla, when their political career ends. Because they obviously have a manic agenda to get rid of all standard fuel combustion engine vehicles in Australia and force everyone to buy an electric vehicle, over the next ten years.
Oblivious to the reality that a huge proportion of Australians now and in five to ten years time won't be able to afford to buy a new car, of any kind.
The car tax is just the beginning. Before you know it there will be a "tractor tax", and a tax on any farm machinery which runs on petrol or diesel.
First it was coal, then it was gas, now it is petrol and diesel. Get rid of all them. That's what the globalist powers are telling Albanese and Bowen behind closed doors.
Never mind that all the wind turbines that Albanese and Bowen are giving the green light to, to create this wonderful "Utopian green energy", are in fact causing woeful environmental desecration. Had to throw that one in.
To conclude, it is just crazy that petrol, gas and diesel car manufacturers the world over are already now buying "carbon credits" off Tesla and other electric car makers.
Like here you go Elon Musk - here is hundreds of millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing, besides being a lazy multi billionaire who is manipulating governments and globalists to force the world's population to comply with Net Zero, by buying your junk. No thank you.
