TALKING TO THE WALLS WITH FINGER ELEVEN

 

Maybe it's time I actually proved I could still write and not just troll You Tube to post clips. Gosh I have been lazy with writing music blogs lately, no prick ever comments on Lost Treasures so I guess the apathy is finally rubbing off on the creator of this much despised website (laugh).

TALKING TO THE WALLS is my favourite song off the 2007 FINGER ELEVEN album THEM VS YOU VS ME, which is a solid but for the most part not an awe inspring set of post grunge alternative metal tunes.

The album opens with PARALYZER, which enjoyed good airplay in Australia for many months after its release, hard not to hear many shades of 3 DOORS DOWN and KINGS OF LEON in not only this song but most of the 11 tracks. FALLING ON is another better than average track which is as close as this band ever got to 80's classic rock.
