Cows are meant to eat grass. They are not really meant to eat grain, but at least grain is natural. They certainly aren't meant to eat Bovaer 10, the toxic substance which is at the centre of a world wide scandal involving a number of supermarket chains and beef and dairy producers. Including Coles in Australia.
This "woke science experiment", which no doubt gained momentum and was greatly influenced and propelled by a lunatic named Bill Gates, should have never got off the ground.
The so called noble objective of adding Bovaer 10 to cow's feed is to reduce their "dreaded" methane omissions from between 30 to 40%.
What madman Gates, who frequently rants methane abolitionist hogwash, disenguously continues to ignore is that the methane footprint of cows over a timeframe of a few years gets converted into that other gas that he hates which is so essential for grass to grow - carbon dioxide.
The war on methane emissions from cows is fundamentally based upon the propaganda and utter nonsense about methane which Bill Gates has been blabbering on about for years.
Are Australians supposed to believe, and trust, that Bovaer 10 is not going to effectively leach into the meat and milk of cows which are fed it?
Food Standards Australia New Zealand has declared it to be safe, but keep in mind, Bovaer 10 has not been approved for use in Australia.
So what legitimacy does that FSANZ ruling have? I would suggest not too much at all.
Australians who have unwittingly already consumed beef and dairy products from cows fed with Bovaer 10 have every right to be angry and feel like guinea pigs as part of some wacko experiment.
Did they give consent to consuming such? The answer is NO.
If the Albanese government can read the political and legal play whatsoever to do with the Bovaer 10 scandal it will immediately resolve to outlaw it completely in Australia.
