JIM CHALMERS AIMS TO TAKE AUSTRALIA DOWN THE FICTIONAL PATH OF NET ZERO

Treasurer Jim Chalmers has a really grandiose vision for the future of the Australian economy. One night say an unrealistic one. 

Chalmers like prime minister Anthony Albanese, appears to be so besotted with pursuing a "Net Zero future" for Australia that he cannot see the sheer impracticality of it. So long as there are humans on Australian terra firma, so long as there is industry of any kind, agriculture, factories and people breathing out carbon dioxide, Net Zero will never be achieved. It is all smoke and mirrors and one big affront.

Instead of chasing this "impossible dream" of Net Zero, what Chalmers and the Albanese government should be chasing in the quest to quell climate change is things like funding initiatives for mass tree planting right around Australia, and being a "global advocate" for putting a stop to deforestation of native forests in places like Brazil and central America.

That's what a responsible and statesmanlike government would do, not a government that is a lapdog of unelected globalist fraternities which are pushing a false Net Zero narrative, and forcing it upon sovereign nations.
