ROYALE PUT AN INDIE ROCK TWIST ON AN ETTA JAMES CLASSIC

  


BOSTON indie rock band ROYALE, who paid me the mild compliment of adding me on Twitter (laugh), they must have known I have a music blog or otherwise why would have they added some aussie bum like me :-P, recently released an EP titled LONG GONE, I took the time to listen to the title track and another song titled TAKE A MINUTE, but because indie rock isn't really my thing, a cover of an old classic blues standard like AT LAST by ETTA JAMES was always bound to impress me more. Not sure if AT LAST appears on the EP but if you are into indie rock, like a bit of R.E.M meets MAROON 5, then the band is sure to impress you with their original material.
