really take my fancy.
I am gradually getting to the age where I can start admitting my liking for uncool things
like the two guys and two girls from Sweden who took the music world by storm back in the 70`s with great pop music and those famous squeaky clean white outfits.

I hate to admit it, but my favourite ABBA song is probably `Chiquitita`, or on second thoughts, maybe it's `I Have A Dream`. I know my brother likes `Waterloo`, their very first hit ever, it is a great song forsure,
maybe it`s my favourite ABBA song.
maybe it`s my favourite ABBA song.
I know my sister reckons `Fernando` is the best ABBA song of all time, it`s good, but I still dont think it`s as good as `Knowing Me, Knowing You`.
That song really gets my hips swaying and even I could grow a moustache after listening to this song because it is so 70`s.
Every Tom, Dick and Harry, as well as Kylie Minogue, says that`Dancing Queen` is as good as ABBA got, maybe because it was in fact the only US hit which the Scandinavian popsters ever scored.
The less than subtly satirical `Does Your Mother Know`, which is sung by Bjorn, is the question I never had to ask myself because I never jumped out through the bedroom window when mummy wasn`t looking to do what Chad Kroger of Nickelback sings about in the very naughty song called `Animal`, off the album `All
the Right Reasons`.
the Right Reasons`.
`Money, Money, Money` is one ABBA song that I dont listen to much in this day and age because it`s so bloody depressing.
Depressing because I hardly got any bloody money, except what I play Monopoly with and thebcoins in my suit pocket that I forgot about from the wedding I went to five years ago.
I`d have to check, I think they`re gold coins, I hope they are or I wont be having Weet-Bix for breakfast this week.
`S.O.S` is another ABBA diamond, I dont think ABBA ever sounded better actually,
except maybe for the lullaby `Mamma Mia.
except maybe for the lullaby `Mamma Mia.
I have to confess, I could not listen to this one up until more recent years because I had this really protracted bad experience with a chick named Mia.
Maybe if the song was `Go Away Mia` or `Why Dont You Have Another Baby Which Isn`t Mine Mia` or `Thanks For Saying Hello To Me in 1988 Mia` I would have kept listening to it over the years, as a way of soothing my shattered ego.
`One of Us` is another ABBA gem from the very early 80`s I think, just before ABBA pulled the plug on their stellar career.
ABBA was always very good at recording melodramatic ballads that had just the right amount of soulful guitar and rhythm but allowing Agnetha`s and Frida`s singing to remain at the fore of the bands sound.
I could go on and on here, but my tooth is starting to really give me curry so I better go and do the salt water trick and have a couple
of Nurofen. One thing I know is very certain, I like ABBA more than wisdom teeth.
